Can’t provide the sauce but as far as I remember, the history of that pic is a guy being addicted to raw fish. Craved it as raw as possible and upon going to the hospital after two years of headaches he discovered his brain was riddled with fish eggs due to it not being cooked. I believe the dilemma here is that the only way to get rid of them was by freezing them (which would kill him) or essentially cooking them (which would kill him).
Either way, I’m guessing he’s pretty dead!
